Returns Policy
If you purchased your Scimera Bioscience, LLC product directly from Scimera Bioscience, LLC (either via www.scimera.com or by phone), you may return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit may be used toward any future purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to return items to you that have been sent back after 30 days or that do not meet the return criteria outlined above, unless they are defective.
All returns are issued as store credit; refunds to the original form of payment are not provided.
If you wish to return an unused Scimera Bioscience, LLC product purchased from another sales outlet, please contact the company from which you purchased the item to inquire about their return policy.
We can only accept the return of used items, or items purchased via other sales outlets, if they are defective. In this instance, please refer to our procedure for the return of defective items below.
How to return an unused item within 30 days of purchase
If you wish to return an unused item to us within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-855-724-6372 or info@scimera.com to initiate the return process and obtain return instructions.
Please write your full name, contact details, order number, and the reason for return on a piece of paper and enclose it with your returned item.
Repackage the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees, or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue store credit if the product is returned in an incomplete or opened condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as UPS or another carrier), as Scimera Bioscience, LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and reviewed, store credit will be issued within a reasonable processing time.
How to return a defective item
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-855-724-6372 or info@scimera.com. They will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.
In the event that a replacement product is approved, our Customer Service Team will arrange shipment of the replacement as soon as possible.
If a return of the defective product is required, instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Team at that time.
Repackage the defective product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or discarded, please ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged for shipment back to us.
